Since the carbon steel price (which is one kind of perforated metal) has rebounded after bottoming out, and most end-users have shown greater willingness to purchase stock. This situation has made both China Steel Corp. (CSC) and Chung Hung Steel (CHS) face a shortage situation as to the hot roll material supply.

CSC said that it will control its third quarter total steel supply quantity. The company will also cut the export steel offer, as CSC will first supply steel material to Taiwan’s domestic end users and automobile industry.
