Perforated Spike Sheet

Qinghe developed new mould making Perforated Spike Sheet for different applications, such as Explosion-Proof Board or Anti Bird/Cat/snake sheet. Explosion-Proof Board is the building materials composed of fiber cement and Perforated Spike Sheet, which can minimize casualties and losses in the event of explosions and fires, and delay the development of explosions and fires.
The thickness of the Explosion-Proof Board is between 6-12MM, which is made of a composite of the inner fiber cement board and the two sides of the Perforated Spike Sheet, and each Explosion-Proof Board uses two pieces of Perforated Spike Sheet, the spike surface is combined with fiber cement, and the smooth surface is facing outward.
Explosion-Proof Board are widely used in drilling platforms, petrochemicals, power plants, nuclear power, pharmaceuticals, chemical plants, military enterprises, airports, civil defense equipment and dangerous production industrial areas and other environments.
Qinghe Perforated Spike Sheet aperture is uniform, high vertical thorn strength, friction coefficient is large, can be firmly combined with the fiber cement board, greatly increasing the overall strength of the explosion-proof plate.
In addition to the following molds, our factory can make other specifications of Perforated Spike Sheet molds according to different materials and thicknesses of metal plates.
